TERMS & CONDITIONS - Titik Sadrah for Revenge
By purchasing a ticket to Titik Sadrah for Revenge, you agree to all the Terms &
Conditions below. Please read carefully for the comfort and safety of everyone involved,
especially children and families.
By purchasing and/or using this ticket, the attendee is deemed to have read, understood,
and agreed to the entire contents of this document as a binding agreement between the
attendee and the organizer. These Terms & Conditions carry the same weight as a
contract and may be used as a legal reference in the event of a breach.
Ticket Purchase
- Tickets may only be purchased via
forrevenge.id
- Ticket prices do not yet include applicable taxes, admin fees, and payment platform fees.
- Use valid identification (IC/Passport) when purchasing tickets. Tickets cannot be changed after purchase.
- Each Presale and General Sale transaction may purchase a maximum of 4 (four) tickets using different attendee details.
- One ticket is valid for one person and cannot be used for re-entry.
- Tickets are digital and will be available 5 days before the concert via the Loket X app (available on Play Store and App Store).
- This ticket is for personal use only. Resale or commercial use without the promoter's permission is prohibited.
- Violation of ticket purchase terms may result in ticket cancellation without a refund.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers of ownership.
Add-on Ticket Purchase
- There are four types of Add-on Benefits available for purchase on 12 July 2026 via
forrevenge.id :
- Exclusive T-Shirt Long Sleeve
- Exclusive T-Shirt Short Sleeve
- Exclusive CD Set Perayaan Patah Hati – Babak 2
- Limited Edition Collectible Ticket
- These Add-on Benefits provide additional access beyond the concert ticket, but cannot be purchased without first owning a concert ticket.
- How to Purchase Add-on Benefits
- Add-on Benefits are optional and purchased separately after buying a concert ticket (Festival A/Festival B). If a single transaction includes more than 1 (one) concert ticket, add-on benefits may be purchased according to the number of concert tickets held.
- The holder of one (1) concert ticket may purchase every type of add-on benefit available.
- Each type of add-on benefit may only be purchased up to a maximum of one (1) item per one (1) concert ticket.
- Add-on Benefits may be purchased in any combination. For example: the holder of one (1) concert ticket may purchase → 1 Exclusive T-Shirt Long Sleeve + 1 Exclusive T-Shirt Short Sleeve + 1 Exclusive CD Set Perayaan Patah Hati – Babak 2 + 1 Limited Edition Collectible Ticket
Concert Area Entry
- Add-on Benefits do not function as an entry ticket.
- The Add-on Benefit QR Code is used only to verify additional benefits on the day of the event.
- To enter the concert area, you must still use the QR Code from your concert ticket in the Loket X app.
Age Restrictions
- Age 17 and above: Permitted to watch the concert and purchase tickets independently.
- Age 2–16: Permitted to watch the concert accompanied by an adult (at least 17 years old) and must have a ticket. Ticket purchases for children must be made by the accompanying adult.
- Age 0–2: Not permitted to enter the concert area.
Safety Warning
- The concert will feature intense lighting and loud sound that may cause health issues, especially for attendees with medical conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy, hearing impairments, and other sensory disorders.
- Please use ear protection if you are sensitive to loud sound, and consult a medical professional if you have a specific condition.
- Attendees with serious medical conditions (such as heart problems, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, or other chronic conditions) are strongly advised not to attend the concert for their own safety.
- Every attendee is responsible for their own safety, taking into account their personal condition and the risks that may arise from exposure to intense lighting, loud sound, crowds, and the venue conditions.
Attendee Information
- No bag/item storage is available. Avoid bringing suitcases, large bags, or oversized items.
- Tickets are valid only for the registered owner. Duplicated or misused tickets will be voided without a refund.
- For everyone's comfort and safety, attendees are required to:
- Follow all instructions from security personnel and the event committee
- Refrain from provocative, dangerous, or disruptive behavior toward other attendees
- Not climb the stage, barriers, or other restricted areas
- Not litter
- The committee reserves the right to deny entry to or remove attendees without a refund if they:
- Do not have a valid ticket
- Disrupt comfort or safety
- Are under the influence of alcohol/drugs
- Are carrying prohibited items
- Violate security instructions or venue rules
- In cases of force majeure (artist cancellation, natural disaster, government policy, etc.), refunds will follow the promoter's policy. Additional costs such as accommodation and transportation are not covered by the organizer.
- The organizer, committee, artist, and related parties are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of belongings, or accidents in the concert area.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and smooth running of the event, the following items are not permitted inside the concert area:
- Outside food and beverages
- Alcohol and drugs
- Sharp weapons, firearms, or other dangerous objects
- Laser pointers, fireworks, firecrackers, and other explosive items
- Professional cameras (SLR/DSLR), cameras with detachable lenses, drones, tripods, monopods (selfie sticks), action cameras (GoPro and similar)
- Audio or video recording equipment
- Tablets, laptops, and other large electronic devices
- Brochures, pamphlets, or promotional materials without permission
- Large umbrellas and other oversized items
- Pets
- Vapes and unsealed cigarettes exceeding 1 pack
- Perfume exceeding 50ml
- Any item that could be used to disrupt order, endanger attendees' safety, and/or cause damage to persons or property, based on the concert committee's final decision
Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned. Violation of this rule may result in the attendee being removed from the concert area without a ticket refund.
Permitted Items
- Analog cameras without detachable lenses, digicams, and polaroids.
- Empty tumblers or tumblers containing mineral water.
Recording & Publication
- Attendees are prohibited from uploading concert footage longer than 30 seconds per song to social media.
- The organizer has the right to record and use concert documentation, including images or statements from attendees, for promotional purposes without compensation.
- By attending the concert area, attendees release and discharge the organizer and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or compensation related to such documentation.
Changes & Adjustments
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event layout, adjust the Terms & Conditions, and take security measures if needed without prior notice.
- The organizer is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from changes, delays, or cancellation of the event.
- Any updates will be communicated through the promoter's official channels.
